Partial Specification Changes for Department Hierarchy Adjustments
Following the 9/26 release, it became possible to modify the hierarchy of departments. However, an issue was identified where such changes were not correctly reflected on the results screen.
To resolve this issue, we will implement the following partial changes to the specifications.
Revised Specifications
When the hierarchy of a department is changed in the Admin Panel, the department will be relocated to the new hierarchy. However, on the survey results screen where data has already been aggregated, it will appear as follows:
Example: If the department "Marketing" under the organizational level "Team" is moved to the level "Division"
The "Marketing" department will be displayed on the results screens for both the "Team" and "Division" levels.
* After the hierarchy change, the engagement score will not be displayed for the "Division" level.
On Displaying Previous Comparisons
For the next survey, the previous comparison for the "Marketing" department, now under the "Division" organizational level, will automatically link to the results from its previous location under "Team." No manual adjustments will be required.
