Before the Change
The Engagement Survey Response Status CSV file, which could be downloaded during the survey period, did not include department and attribute item codes.
After the Change
The Engagement Survey Response Status CSV file, which can be downloaded during the survey period, will now include department and attribute item codes.
Background
The following applies when respondents are required to select their organization and attributes in the Engagement Survey settings.
Since September 26, 2024, when respondents were required to select their organization and attributes, a system issue occurred where changes to user settings during the survey period caused the selected information to not be properly reflected in the compiled data.
This issue occurred because the organization and attributes selected on the response screen were not automatically reflected in the user settings. As a result, if user settings were modified during the survey period, respondents' selected information could unintentionally be changed or deleted.
With this release, "department code" and "attribute item code" have been added to the Response Status CSV file, making it easier to reference the organization and attribute information selected by respondents.
As a result, when modifying user settings during the survey period, it will be easier to reflect respondents' selections in the bulk user settings file, helping to prevent unintended modifications or deletions.
Moving forward, please ensure that you download the Response Status CSV file before changing user settings and update the user settings accordingly before making any changes.
