Overview

This feature allows Action Plan Managers to receive AI-generated improvement suggestions tailored to their department’s situation simply by answering a few questions. This enables the smooth and effective creation of action plans. 
This feature is available for departments registered in Organization Settings and on the results screen for the Custom Tabulation Basic Items.

Instructions

① From the “Results / Improvements” ▶ “Results” screen, select the department you want to review the results for.

② Click “See improvement suggestions tailored to your workplace and job”

③ Select items and click “Start the analysis”

④ Select up to two issues you recognize and click “Next”

⑤ Select the possible contributing factors and click “Next”

⑥ Select a recommended action plan and click “Select this action plan”

⑦ Using the AI-suggested action plan as a reference, modify or add content to fit your department, then click “Register”

Notes on Usage 

• As this feature is in beta, there are some usage restrictions.
  We will continue improving it based on your feedback toward the official release.
  • Currently, only Japanese is supported.
  • This feature is not available to customers who have disabled generative AI.
  • This feature is not available to customers directly contracted with our overseas subsidiaries.
