From the Manual Group Analysis list page, you can download engagement results for multiple groups in bulk as a CSV file or data sheet (PDF).

Download a CSV File

1. Click "Administration" ▶ "Manual Group Analysis" ▶ "Download"

2. Select the "File Language" and "File encoding", then click "Select target" under "CSV Format"

Note

Currently, CSV files in Traditional Chinese are not available for download.
Support is planned for a future release.

3. Select the groups you want to download and click "Download"

You can select up to 10 groups at a time.

Note

Results for groups that do not meet the minimum survey disclosure threshold cannot be downloaded.

Download a Data Sheet

1. Click "Administration" ▶ "Manual Group Analysis" ▶ "Download"

2. Select the "File Language", then click "Select target" under "Data Sheet"

3. Select the groups you want to download, choose the file output format, and click "Download"

You can select up to 10 groups at a time.
