Sending Answer Environment Test Email

Before conducting an Engagement Survey, an Answer Environment Test Email is sent to respondents to confirm in advance that they can send and receive emails and access the answer screen normally.

This operation is optional.

Operation Procedure

1. Click "Admin Panel" ▶ "Engagement Survey Implementation Settings"

2. Click "Survey Answering Environment Test"

3. Click "Set Up Survey Answering Environment Test "

4. Check the respondents to whom you would like to send test emails, and click "Select".

If you want to send the test email to all the respondents in the list, check the "Select All" checkbox.

5. Set the "Sending Answer Environment Test Email" and click "Send".

Select "Send Now" if you want to send the test email right now.

Change the sending date and time you set.

1. Click "Admin Panel" ▶ "Engagement Survey Implementation Settings".

2. Click on "Survey Answering Environment Test"

3. Click on "List of scheduled email"

4. Click on the email you wish to change the sending date and time from the "Sending schedule  list."

5. Set the "the date and time of sending email" and click "Save".

To send the test email now, select "Send Now".

Confirm the Access Test Status of the　respondent

You can confirmer whether an respondent has completed the access test.

1. Click "Admin Panel" ▶ "Engagement Survey Implementation Settings"

2. Click on "Survey Answering Environment Test"

You can confirmer the status of the Answer Environment Test from the "List of subjects for survey answering environment test". There are two types of test statuses

• access test incomplete : The respondent has not yet conducted the access test.
• access test completed : Respondents have completed the access test.

When sending the test email to respondents again

1. Check the boxes for the respondents you wish to resend the email to, and click "Resend Email".

To resend the test email to all the respondents in the list, check the "Select All" checkbox.

2. Click on "Send"

Answer Environment Test Confirmation Method

Respondents can confirm their answer environment by following the steps below.

1. Open the test email you received and click "Start survey"

The subject line of the email is the same as the subject line set in the "Survey Invitation Email".

2. After moving to the Answer Environment Test screen, click "Start Test" and confirm that the test completion screen is displayed.
