Set up the text of the Survey Invitation Email
What is Survey Invitation Email?
A Survey Invitation Email is an email sent to respondents at the start of an Engagement Survey. It contains a summary of the survey and the URL of the answer screen, etc. The content of the email can be partially edited.
How to Setup the Text of the Survey Invitation Email
1. Click "Admin Panel" ▶ "Engagement Survey Implementation Settings"
2. Click "Survey Invitation Email"
3. Click "Edit"
4. Enter the contents of "Email Common Settings", change the "contents of transmission", and click "Save".
Be sure to enter the "Administrator email address".
You can change any of the items even after Email Common Settings have been made. If you want to change the Administrator's email address, please follow the same procedure.

A. Administrator email address:
It will be displayed at the bottom of "Inquiries about the survey" at the end of the Survey Invitation Email. Please be sure to set it. -
B. Include user names in the subject line and body
Check the box if you want to include them. -
C.Language
When sending emails in languages other than Japanese, you can set the text for each language. Please select a language from the pull-down menu and then edit it. -
D.subject of emailc
You can change the subject of the email. Upper limit is 50 characters. -
E. body of an email
Allows you to change the Survey name and information text. The upper limit is 2000 characters.
The text registered in the previous survey will be carried over to the second and subsequent Surveys.
The subject line of the Survey Invitation Email and the sender's email address are as follows
- Subject of Email Invitation Email: Request for Engagement Survey Responses
- Sending email address: "MOTIVATION CLOUD <no-reply@motivation-cloudapp.com>
If the image does not display properly
If images are not displayed correctly in emails, please change the display format to "No Image" in the "System Email Settings" in the Admin Panel. The email will be sent in text format.

Start survey (URL)
Please do not share or forward it to other users.
Dear ●●, The URL contained in this e-mail is intended for your use only.
In the event that someone else makes use of your URL, there is a risk that response data could be overwritten.
