How to Allow Users to Answer Without Registration
Without registering users in Motivation Cloud Engagement, you can generate a QR code or URL for the answer screen and share it with respondents. Respondents can then access the survey via their smartphones or tablets to provide their answers.
When using this feature, please make sure that the "ユーザー登録しないで回答(Answer without user registration)" option is checked in the implementation method settings on the Operation Setting screen (English not supported). Screen details: If the checkbox is not selected, the "Answer without user registration" section will be hidden and the feature will not be available. |
Important Notes for Using This Feature
With this response method, certain features such as checking response status or editing result data are not available. Please read and understand the following notes before using this feature. |
- Each respondent can answer only once.
- If the same respondent submits multiple answers, all responses will be counted.
- Once a response is submitted, the data cannot be deleted.
- Answers cannot be saved partway through.
- If a respondent stops partway through, their response will not be included in the results.
- Response status cannot be monitored through Motivation Cloud Engagement.
- You cannot identify who submitted a response. Therefore, incorrect responses cannot be deleted, so please ensure accuracy.
- Once the maximum number of responses is reached, no further responses will be accepted.
- Please disable or delete users, or adjust the limit in User Limit Settings.
- Respondents will select their organization on the answer screen.
- Once submitted, the selected organization cannot be changed.
- The QR code or URL for the "Answer Screen for Users Without an Email Address" can be accessed from the registered start time of the survey.
- One QR code/URL is issued per survey.
- The QR code/URL will not change during the survey.
- Once the survey period ends, the QR code/URL will become invalid and cannot be used for future surveys.
How to Obtain the QR Code/URL for the Answer Screen
1. Click "Admin" ▶ "Engagement Survey Implementation Settings"
2. Click "Non-Email Responses"
3. Copy the response URL or click "Export QR Code"

Response Capacity for Unregistered Users
The response capacity for unregistered users is calculated as follows:
Unregistered User Response Capacity = (Maximum Registered Users) - (Number of Web Respondents)
"Web respondents" refers to users registered under "User Settings" with the following conditions:
- Service Availability: 1. Available
- Survey Response Method: Respond via email or message, or respond using an ID
