What are User Settings?
User Settings refer to the necessary configurations for answering surveys and for performing operations or checking results after answering. Individual user information such as name, email address, and role is registered here.

Functions Available by Role
The available operations differ by role. You can also customize them for each user.
For customization, please refer to Customizing User Permissions.

<Default Functions Available by Role>
*1: To view or export overall results, the role must be set to "Action Plan Manager". Additionally, either assign them as the overall manager in "Action Plan Manager Settings" or grant overall view permissions in "View Permissions Settings". Only "Data Sheet" and "Survey Summary" can be downloaded from the Engagement Survey Reports.
*2: By default, the survey response method for System Owners is set to "Do not answer". If System Owners need to respond to the survey, please change it to "Answer via Email or Message".
