Set a start and end date for answers
1. Click "Admin"Panel ▶"Engagement Survey Implementation Settings"
2. Click "Update"
The default date and time are based on "Operational Settings". The contents of "Operational Settings" can be viewed from "Home" > "Operational Settings".
3. Select the date and time when you would like to start/end answering , and click "Next".
Start date and time of the answer
・An Answer Invitation Email will be automatically sent to Recipients on the set start date and time.
・You can change the start date and time before the start of the answer.
End date and time of the answer
・You can change the date and time even after you have started answering.
・If the "response extension deadline" is displayed, you cannot change the date and time after the "response extension deadline."
The "response extension deadline" cannot be set or changed by the customer. If you wish to change it, please contact Customer Support <engagement-cs@lmi.ne.jp>. |
