Set a start and end date for answers
1. Click "Admin"Panel ▶"Engagement Survey Implementation Settings"
2. Click "Update"
The default date and time are based on "Operational Settings". The contents of "Operational Settings" can be viewed from "Home" > "Operational Settings".
3. Select the date and time when you would like to start/end answering , and click "Next".
Start date and time of the answer
- An Answer Invitation Email will be automatically sent to Recipients on the set start date and time.
- You can change the start date and time before the start of the answer.
End date and time of the answer
- You can change the date and time even after you have started answering.
- If the "response extension deadline" is displayed, you cannot change the date and time after the "response extension deadline."
<Caution>
The "response extension deadline" cannot be set or changed by the customer. If you wish to change it, please contact Customer Support <engagement-cs@lmi.ne.jp>.
