Confirmation of Improvement Items and Action Plans by Organization/Attribute
Check Improvement Items and Action Plans
You can check the improvement items and action plans set for each organization or attribute.
1. Click "Results/Improvements" ▶ "Improvements" to view the list
- The details of the registered improvement items are displayed in a list.
- For organizations or attributes with no registered improvement items, "No improvement items have been set" will be displayed.
2. Click "Action Plan"
The registration status of the action plans will be displayed.
Click on an organization or attribute to display the details.
Download the Improvement Item Status List
You can download documents to check the registration details and progress of "Improvement Items" and "Action Plans".
- System Owners and Administrators can download data for all organizations and attributes.
- Action Plan Managers can download data for organizations and attributes assigned to them in "Action Plan Manager Settings" or "View Permissions Settings".
1. In the "Results/Improvements" screen, click "Improvements" ▶ "Download"
2. Select the language of the file to download, and click "Download"
You can select either Japanese or English for the download file.
3. A list of registered "Improvement Items" will be exported
