What is "Confirmation and Promotion of Improvement Status"?
In "Confirmation and Promotion of Improvement Status," you can track the progress of improvement activities by the Action Plan Manager. Please utilize this feature to promote your improvement activities.
Specifically, you can check the following information:
- Viewing status of Engagement Survey results
- Status of Improvement Items and Action Plan settings
Organizations that have not set an Action Plan Manager in the "Action Plan Manager Settings" will not be displayed. Please refer to "Set Up Action Plan Manager" if necessary, and complete the setup.
Steps
1. In the "Admin Panel" ▶ Click "Confirmation and Promotion of Improvement Status" to check the improvement status
2. Click the "Download" button at the top right
3. Click "Select Display Range"
4. Select the organizational unit you want to display, then click "Download"
5. Review the "System Usage Overview" list

Logic for counting the number of organizations displayed on the "Confirmation of Improvement Status" screen
The timing for each item to be counted is as follows:

"Confirm Results"
When the Action Plan Manager assigned to the department/attribute item views the "Result Screen" or "Improvement Screen" for their assigned department/attribute item for the first time. -
"Set Improvement Items"
When an improvement item is registered for the first time. -
"Set Action Plan"
When an Action Plan is registered for the first time for that department/attribute item.
