Unable to set Improvement Items and action plans

If Action Plan Manager cannot register improvement items and Action Plans, the necessary settings may not be in place.

In order for the Action Plan Manager to be able to register improvement items and Action Plans, one of the following settings must be made.

・"Action Plan Manager Settings" to link the Action Plan Manager and the Attributes.

・"View Permissions Settings" to grant Attribute view permissions to the Action Plan Manager.
When an Attribute is associated with an Action Plan Manager Role in "Action Plan Manager Settings", the Attribute Manager Role can register improvement items and Action Plans by granting View Permissions in "View Permissions Settings".
