Focus Survey Implementation Settings for Respondents Using ID
What Is a Respondent Using an ID?
By assigning an ID to a user, they can use this ID when responding to surveys. This method allows users without an email address to perform the following actions:
- Check their response status
- Prevent selection mistakes related to organization or attribute, as these selections are not required from the respondents.
*Organization and attribute information is linked with the data registered in User Settings.
Set up "Focus Survey Implementation"
The following steps are required to respond using an ID:
Step 1: Check if the necessary information is set in "User Settings"
Users who respond with an ID must register their ID and response method in advance within "User Settings." The registration process is the same as for the Engagement Survey. Please verify the settings for ID respondents, and if changes are needed, refer to Set up an Engagement Survey of respondents who use IDs.

If you change the "Survey Response Method" in "User Settings" during the Focus Survey response period, any response data for users who have already submitted their responses will be reset. |
Step 2: Set Up the Focus Survey
The necessary information for ID responses will be issued after the Focus Survey is set up. Please refer to the link below for the Focus Survey setup procedure, and then proceed to Step 3.
Step 3: Share the Necessary Information with Respondents
1. Go to "Admin Panel" ▶ "Focus Survey Implementation Settings" ▶ Select the target Focus Survey
2. Click "Open" under "Response Methods Other Than Email"
3. Share the following information with respondents
Response URL (common)
Passcode
ID assigned to each user in "User Settings" in Step 1
The response URL and passcode are automatically issued for each Focus Survey. You do not need to issue them for each respondent. If the Focus Survey is set to be repeated, a different passcode will be issued for each survey.
If You Want to Change the Passcode
The passcode can be changed for each Focus Survey. Even if the Focus Survey was set up in bulk, only the modified Focus Survey will have its passcode changed.
1. Select the Focus Survey for which you want to change the passcode
2. Click "Edit"
3. Click "Open" under "How to answer other than by email"
4. Change the "Passcode" and click "Save"
