How to increase the maximum number of users

1. Click "Admin Panel" ▶ "User Limit Setting"

2. Enter the updated user limit and click the "Change" button

• The updated user limit will take effect immediately. If the Engagement Survey has already started, increasing the user limit will also be applied immediately to the ongoing survey.
• The user limit can be adjusted in increments of 100.
  However, when changing from 50 to 100 users, adjustments in increments of 50 are also allowed.
• The monthly fee will be updated starting from the month when the user limit is changed. However, if the change is made after 3:00 PM on the last business day of the month, the adjustment will be applied starting from the next month.

<Caution>

• To reduce the user limit, please contact your consultant. Reductions can be made starting six months after the most recent Engagement Survey.
• If the user limit is updated, an email notification will be sent to the affected users.
