Screen visible to Action Plan Manager
Settings Requirements
The following settings are required for the Action Plan Manager to view results and download related materials.
- Assign the Action Plan Manager role in "User Settings" and configure the responsible organization in "Action Plan Manager Settings."
- Grant view permissions for the desired organization in "View Permissions Settings."
Results Screen
- The Action Plan Manager can view the results of the organizations assigned in "Action Plan Manager Settings" and "View Permissions Settings." They can also download the following data materials:
- Data Sheet
- Score Data List
- Survey Overview
- The "Overall" results can only be viewed by Action Plan Managers linked to "Overall" or users granted viewing permissions.

Admin Panel
The Admin Panel is not displayed. However, if the following settings are applied, only the functions accessible by the Action Plan Manager will be visible.

The Action Plan Manager can access their dedicated help site by clicking the "?" button in the upper right corner of Motivation Cloud Engagement.
