Focus Survey Completion Email

What is the Focus Survey Completion Email?

The Focus Survey Completion Email is an email that notifies you that the Focus Survey has ended.

Sending Time
At 8:00 AM (Japan time) the day after the Focus Survey ends  

Conditions for Sending the Email
The email is sent when all of the following conditions are met.

  • Action Plan Managers linked to a department in "Action Plan Manager Settings," whose department meets all of the following conditions.
    • The department is a target of the Focus Survey.
    • An "Improvement Item" is set for the department.
    • The department has two or more respondents.
  • "Email Sending" in "User Settings" is set to "Send."

*If the user has only view-only permission, the email will not be sent.

The Focus Survey Completion Notification Email is sent only to the "Action Plan Manager" of departments/attributes where improvement items are set.
For subordinate departments/attributes, you can check the results on the screen, but the email will not be sent.

Example (see diagram below)

  • Division1: No improvement items are set, so no email is sent.

  • Overall, Department, Division2: Since improvement items are registered, the email is sent only to each Action Plan Manager (dark blue).
