Focus Survey Completion Email

What is the Focus Survey Completion Email?

The Focus Survey Completion Notification Email is an email that notifies you of the completion of a Focus Survey.

• Timing of Delivery
  8:00 AM (Japan time) on the morning following the completion of the Focus Survey
   
• Recipients
  Sent to Action Plan Managers linked to departments/attribute items set in "Action Plan Manager Settings."
  * If "Do not send" is set for "Send Email" in user settings, the email will not be sent.
  * If the user only has view-only permissions, the email will not be sent.  
   
• Departments/Attribute Items Eligible for Delivery
  The email will be sent if the following conditions are met.
  1. The department/attribute is a target of the Focus Survey
  2. "Improvement Items" and "Action Plan Manager" are set
  3. There are two or more respondents
   

  Supplementary Information

The Focus Survey Completion Notification Email is sent only to the "Action Plan Manager" of departments/attributes where improvement items are set.
For subordinate departments/attributes, you can check the results on the screen, but the email will not be sent.

Example (see diagram below)

• Division1: No improvement items are set, so no email is sent.

• Overall, Department, Division2: Since improvement items are registered, the email is sent only to each Action Plan Manager (dark blue).

・Improvement items set for departments/attribute items: (dark blue)
・Improvement items set at higher levels: (light blue)

When the display format of the email is  "without pictures"

If the email display format is set to "No Images," the email will be sent in text format as shown below. 
The English version will also be sent in text format.
