Focus Survey Completion Email

What is the Focus Survey Completion Email?

The Focus Survey Completion Email is a notification sent to inform users that the focus survey has been completed.

This email will not be sent to users who have set "Do not send" for "Email Sending" in the user settings.

• Sending Time
  The email is sent at 8:00 AM (Japan Time) the morning after the focus survey is completed.
  
  
• Recipients
  It is sent to the Action Plan Managers associated with organizations and attributes as configured in "Action Plan Manager Settings."
  It will not be sent to those with only viewing permissions.

An email with the following content will be distributed:

If the email display format is set to "No Images," the email will be sent in text format as shown below. The English version will also be sent in text format.
