Sending, receiving, and setting up notifications for comments
Comment on the Action Plan
Those who can view the Improvement Screen can comment on the Action Plan progress entered by the Action Plan Manager.
1. Click on "Results/Improvements" ▶ "Improvements" and select the Organization/Attribute you wish to send comments on.
2. Enter comments in the "comment" field under the targeted improvement item, and click "Send"
Comments can be entered by all users with viewing permission.
Receive Comments
When a comment is received, a notification email will be sent to you. You will also be notified with a bell mark on the screen.

Set up comment notifications
Set whether or not to be notified when comments are received.
1. On the "Admin" ▶ "System Email Settings", select the appropriate settings and click "Save".

In the case of "Send"
When a comment is made, an email will be sent to the Action Plan Manager for that department.
Even if you select "Send", the email will not be sent to users who have selected "Do not send" in User Settings. -
In case of "Do Not Send"
The email will not be sent.
