Set up action plan alerts
You can set up the system to send a notification email if the Action Plan Manager does not update the progress of an action plan for 30 days.
This notification will be sent to the Action Plan Managers assigned to a department in the "Action Plan Manager Settings." It will not be sent to Action Plan Managers who only have view permissions.
Go to "Admin" ▶ "System Mail Settings" ▶Select "Send" and click "Save".
The email will be sent once at 9:00 AM, after 30 days have passed.

- No notification will be sent if the Action Plan progress is 0% or 100%.
- You can check the Action Plan progress status in the "Results / Improvements" screen ▶ "Improvements".
