Review the results of the Focus Survey
View Focus Survey Results
1. Click "Results / Improvements" ▶ "Improvements" and select the relevant department or attribute items
The "Overall" results will only be displayed if improvement items are set for "Overall" before starting the Focus Survey.
The number of people displayed in the "List" refers to the number of people targeted for the Focus Survey. The screen is updated every hour. Please note that changes to user settings are not reflected immediately.
2. Results will be displayed
The Focus Survey results are shown in graphs for each improvement item, and you can check data on the following points:
- Improvement Item
Content of the set improvement item - Initial Score of the Improvement Item
Score from the Engagement Survey - Score Trend Graph of the Improvement Item
Score trend of the improvement item during the target period.
Yellow: "Expectation", Red: "Satisfaction" are displayed.
Hovering over the implementation date will display the score and number of respondents at that time.
View Focus Survey Results by Hierarchy
1. Click "Results / Improvements" ▶ "Improvements" ▶ Select the target organization or attribute on the left side of the screen
Action Plan Managers can only view the results of the departments or attribute items linked to them in the "Action Plan Manager Settings" or "View Permissions Settings."
Download the Improvement Item Status List
A list of registered "Improvement Items" and Focus Survey results can be exported.
1. Click "Results / Improvements" ▶ "Improvements" ▶ Click "Download"
2. Select the language of the file to download and click "Download"
- You can select either Japanese or English for the download file.
- If the survey question type is set to "For Government Agencies," only Japanese is available.
- The "Previous Comparison" mentioned in the document compares the following scores:
- For the first Focus Survey: Scores of the relevant improvement items from the Engagement Survey
- For the second or subsequent Focus Surveys: Scores of the relevant improvement items from the most recent Focus Survey
Check the Responses to Free Text Questions
1. Click "Admin Panel" ▶ "Focus Survey Implementation Settings" ▶ Select the relevant survey
2. Click "Download"
3. Click "Download"
The organization and attributes set during the Focus Survey implementation will be displayed in the response list. If a hierarchy setting is in place, all levels above the set group will also be displayed in the response list.
※ If the downloaded data is garbled, change the "Character Encoding" and download it again.
