Set Up Focus Survey Result Notification

Focus Survey Result Notification is an email that informs System Owners and Administrators of the Focus Survey results. You can configure whether to send this result notification or not.
Details of the notification email: Focus Survey Report Email

1. From the "Admin" screen, click "System mail Settings"

2. Select "Send/Do Not Send" for "Focus Survey Result Notification" and click "Save"
If "Send" is selected, the results will be emailed at 8:00 AM the day after the Focus Survey concludes.

Set Up Focus Survey Notification Recipients

Configure the recipients for the Focus Survey Result Notification.

1. From the "Admin Panel" screen, click "System Email Settings"

2. Check the desired recipients and click "Save"
The following roles are eligible to receive notifications:
・System Owner
・Administrator

If email sending is set to "0. Do Not Send" in "User Settings," no notification will be sent.

Caution

For Action Plan Managers linked to departments or attributes in “Action Plan Manager Settings,” a separate email will be sent to notify them of the Focus Survey results. For details, please refer to the Focus Survey Completion Email.
