Setting Up a Survey Reminder Email
Schedule a reminder email to users who have not yet completed the survey.
1. On the "Admin" screen ▶ Click "Engagement Survey Response Status"
2. Click "Reserve Survey Reminder Email"
3. Click "Edit Scheduled Email Delivery Time"
4. Click "Add Scheduled Delivery"
5. Set the additional delivery date and click "Save"
Modify or Delete a Survey Reminder Email
You can modify or delete the scheduled delivery time for reminder emails sent to users who have not yet completed the survey. This operation can be done even while the engagement survey is ongoing.
1. "Admin Panel" ▶ "Engagement Survey Settings" ▶ "◯ Scheduled Deliveries"
If you want to edit the delivery time
2. Click "Edit Scheduled Email Delivery Time"
If you want to delete a scheduled email
3. Click the "☓" next to the scheduled delivery you want to delete
4. Click "Save"
