Register, edit, or delete the Improvement Items/Action plan
This article explains how to register the improvement items and action plans you would like to work on in Motivation Cloud Engagement based on your Survey results.
Before configuring the settings
When considering improvement items and action plans, you can use the following features.

For a user to register improvement items and action plans for the departments they are responsible for, you must assign the "Action Plan Manager" role to that user and link them to the relevant department.

* In the Action Plan Manager settings in "2", only one Action Plan Manager can be configured for each department. If you want multiple managers to enter improvement items, grant users view permissions in the view permissions settings in "3".
Registering Improvement Items and Action Plans
① On the "Results / Improvements" screen ▶ "Improvements" ▶ "List of Groups", select the organization/attribute you want to register.
If the number of respondents for a specific organization/attribute is 0 or 1, results for that organization/attribute will not be displayed.
② Click “Add Items”
If no Action Plan Manager is set for the corresponding organization/attribute, the “Add Items” button will not be displayed.
③ In “Add Improvement Item”, select your desired improvement item
As a reference, “Recommended Improvement Items” based on the results will be displayed.
④ Check the “Scores of Improvement Items” and set “Target Expectation” and “Target Satisfaction”
The “Scores of Improvement Items” displays the score from the Engagement Survey results for that item. It appears once the item is added.
⑤ Set the “Action Plan”, “Action Plan Details”, and “Deadline”
・The “Action Plan” character limit is 255 characters.
・“Action Plan Details” is for describing the specific actions or plans to complete the action. The character limit is 1000 characters.
・Examples of “Recommended Action Plans” are displayed below.
Click “Consult with AI” to ask AI about the action plan.

Edit or Delete Improvement Items
① On the "Results / Improvements" ▶ "Improvements" screen, select the organization/attribute to edit or delete
② Hover over the improvement item and click the “Edit” or “Delete” icon
To Edit
③ Modify the content and click “Edit”
You can edit “Target Expectation” and “Target Satisfaction”.
To Delete
④ Click “Delete”
Add an Action Plan
① On the “Results / Improvements” screen ▶ Click “Improvements” and select the organization/attribute where you want to register the action plan
If no improvement item is set, action plans cannot be registered.
② Click “Add actions”
③ Set the “Action Plan”, “Action Plan Details”, and “Deadline”
・The “Action Plan” character limit is 255 characters.
・The “Action Plan Details” field is for specific action descriptions and completion plans. The character limit is 1000 characters.
・Examples of “Recommended Action Plans” will be shown below.
④ Click “Register”
Edit or Delete Action Plans
① On the “Results / Improvements” ▶ “Improvements” screen, select the organization/attribute where you want to edit or delete an action plan
② Hover over the action plan you want to edit and click the “Edit” or “Delete” icon

Detailed Specifications
- If no Action Plan Manager is assigned in the “Action Plan Manager Settings”, you cannot set improvement items or action plans.
- If multiple users edit improvement items or action plans for the same organization at the same time, the most recent changes will be saved.
