Register, edit, or delete the Improvement Items/Action plan

Before Setting Up

Once you have decided on the improvement items or action plans you want to work on, register them in Motivation Cloud Engagement.

You can use the following features when considering improvement items or action plans:

・View your survey summary
A feature that allows you to check explanations and improvement points based on the survey results of your department through videos and text.

・Propose improvement ideas tailored to your workplace and job.
By answering a few simple questions, AI will analyze the situation of your department in more detail and propose suitable improvement suggestions.

In order for the Action Plan Manager to be able to register improvement items and Action Plans, one of the following settings must be made.

・"Action Plan Manager Settings" to link the Action Plan Manager and the Attributes.

・"View Permissions Settings" to grant Attribute view permissions to the Action Plan Manager.
When an Attribute is associated with an Action Plan Manager Role in "Action Plan Manager Settings", the Attribute Manager Role can register improvement items and Action Plans by granting View Permissions in "View Permissions Settings".

Registering Improvement Items and Action Plans

① On the "Results / Improvements" screen ▶ "Improvements" ▶ "List of Groups", select the organization/attribute you want to register.
If the number of respondents for a specific organization/attribute is 0 or 1, results for that organization/attribute will not be displayed.

② Click “Add Items”
If no Action Plan Manager is set for the corresponding organization/attribute, the “Add Items” button will not be displayed.

③ In “Add Improvement Item”, select your desired improvement item
As a reference, “Recommended Improvement Items” based on the results will be displayed.

④ Check the “Scores of Improvement Items” and set “Target Expectation” and “Target Satisfaction”
The “Scores of Improvement Items” displays the score from the Engagement Survey results for that item. It appears once the item is added.

⑤ Set the “Action Plan”, “Action Plan Details”, and “Deadline”
・The “Action Plan” character limit is 255 characters.
・“Action Plan Details” is for describing the specific actions or plans to complete the action. The character limit is 1000 characters.
・Examples of “Recommended Action Plans” are displayed below.

Click “Consult with AI” to ask AI about the action plan.

⑥ Click “Register”

Edit or Delete Improvement Items

① On the "Results / Improvements" ▶ "Improvements" screen, select the organization/attribute to edit or delete

② Hover over the improvement item and click the “Edit” or “Delete” icon

To Edit

③ Modify the content and click “Edit”
You can edit “Target Expectation” and “Target Satisfaction”.

To Delete

④ Click “Delete”

Add an Action Plan

① On the “Results / Improvements” screen ▶ Click “Improvements” and select the organization/attribute where you want to register the action plan
If no improvement item is set, action plans cannot be registered.

② Click “Add actions”

③ Set the “Action Plan”, “Action Plan Details”, and “Deadline”
・The “Action Plan” character limit is 255 characters.
・The “Action Plan Details” field is for specific action descriptions and completion plans. The character limit is 1000 characters.
・Examples of “Recommended Action Plans” will be shown below.

④ Click “Register”

Edit or Delete Action Plans

① On the “Results / Improvements” ▶ “Improvements” screen, select the organization/attribute where you want to edit or delete an action plan

② Hover over the action plan you want to edit and click the “Edit” or “Delete” icon

③ Modify the content and click “Register”

Detailed Specifications

  • If no Action Plan Manager is assigned in the “Action Plan Manager Settings”, you cannot set improvement items or action plans.
  • If multiple users edit improvement items or action plans for the same organization at the same time, the most recent changes will be saved.
