User Bulk Settings: registration, editing, and deletion
Register Users in Bulk
① Click "Admin" ▶ "User Settings" ▶ "Bulk Settings"
② Select the character encoding for the file to download
Character Encoding
You can choose from the following character encodings:
UTF-8
A multilingual character encoding that supports platform-dependent characters and foreign languages.
Shift-JIS
A commonly used character encoding for Japanese.
Note: Using platform-dependent characters or foreign languages not supported by Shift-JIS may result in character corruption (mojibake).
③Specify the Number of “Concurrent assignments” and click “Export configuration file.”
Set the number of concurrent departments based on the user with the highest number of concurrent department assignments.
④ Open the downloaded file and register it with reference to the manual below.

⑤Click "Import File" and upload the created file.
⑥ Click "Execute Bulk Settings".
⑦ Check "I have confirmed the above content" and click "Next".
⑧Choose when to issue accounts for newly registered users: "Send Now" or "Send at a Specified Date and Time" and click "Save".
・If the user role is set as "System Owner," "Administrator," or "Action Plan Manager," an account activation email will be sent. Please set the sending date and time.
・Users with Service Availability is "Not Available" status or those who have already received an activation email will not be sent another one.

⑨ Click "Close".
The process will continue even if you click "Close" midway. You will be notified by email once it is completed.

Edit or Delete Users in Bulk
To edit or delete users, modify or delete the contents of the file downloaded in Step ③ and upload it again.

Change the Scheduled Sending Time for Account Activation Emails

You can change the scheduled sending time of account activation emails using either of the following methods:
・Select users and change individually
・Specify conditions and change in bulk

Once scheduled, email sending cannot be changed to "Do Not Send." To cancel, change the user's role to "Respondent" in "User Settings". |
Select Users and Change Individually
① In the "Admin" screen, click "User Settings" ▶ "List of Sent Emails".
② Under "Scheduled" select the users you want to change, then click "Email Send Settings" ▶ "Configure Selected Send Schedules".
・Scheduled : Displays all emails scheduled to be sent.
・Sent : Displays all emails that have already been sent.
③ Select "Send Now" or "Send at a Specified Date and Time" and click "Save".
Specify Conditions and Change in Bulk
① In the "Admin" screen, click "User Settings" ▶ "List of Sent Emails".
② Under "Scheduled" select the users you want to change, then click "Email Send Settings" ▶ "Configure in Bulk with Specified Conditions".
・Scheduled : Displays all emails scheduled to be sent.
・Sent : Displays all emails that have already been sent.
③ Select "Target Group" and either "Send Now" or "Send at a Specified Date and Time" then click "Save".
