(Add/Edit/Delete Organizations/Attributes) During Engagement Survey Implementation
During the Engagement Survey, you can add, edit, or delete organizations and attributes. Please make sure to review the precautions carefully as these changes may affect the survey results.
Adding, Editing, or Deleting Organizations and Attributes
The procedure is the same as for setting up organizations and attributes during survey preparation.
Changing Department and Attribute Item Codes
If you want to change the department or attribute item codes, please refer to the manual below.
Changing the codes does not affect the response data.

Important Points for Operations During Survey Implementation
Important considerations when making changes to organizations and attributes during survey implementation

| Department / Attribute Items | If you want to retrieve the response data of respondents from an organization/attribute you have added, please link the organization/attribute you have added to the target respondents in User Settings. The data of the already answered questions will not be lost even if you change the organization/attribute of the respondents. |
Renaming of Organizations/Attributes Organization/Attribute names will be changed to the edited names in the current Survey and the latest Survey for which results have already been released. |
The results of deleted departments and Attribute Items will no longer be available in the ongoing Survey. The respondent's answer data itself will not be lost, so if you link respondents to Overall (Organization/Attribute) Items or to other departments/Attribute Items, the answer data will be reflected in those items as well. If hierarchy settings have been made, departments and Attribute Items above and below the deleted hierarchy level will be linked. Even if you delete departments and Attribute Items at the top level, the departments and Attribute Items at the bottom level will not be deleted. |

Changing User Automatic Association Type Settings During the Survey Response Period
If you change or delete the configured "User Automatic Association Type" settings, the attributes of users who were automatically associated will be removed. If the survey is in progress, please be aware that the changes will be reflected in the ongoing survey results, just like with other organization and attribute changes.
