(Engagement Survey in progress) Add, edit, or delete survey respondents
Even during the survey response period, you can add or remove respondents, and modify their email addresses, departments, or attributes. Please review the instructions carefully before making any changes.

Before changing the User Settings, be sure to download the Engagement Survey Response Status CSV file and update the User Settings to reflect respondents' selections. Changing the User Settings during the survey period may unintentionally modify or delete respondents' selections. For download instructions, please check "Check Response Status". |
Add Survey Respondents
1. Register the relevant users

Set the survey respondents as follows
・Survey Response Method: Answer
・Service Availability : Available
2. Send survey invitation emails to the newly added users
If there are more than 100 recipients, please follow the “Bulk Sending” procedure below. Using the “Individual Sending” method may take longer.

Edit Survey Respondents

If you change the following items, the data of respondents who have already answered will be reset. If responses are required, please resend the Survey Invitation Email. ・Survey response method ・Set service usage availability to “disabled” |
Change Survey Respondents' Email Addresses
To change an email address, use the individual settings in User Settings.

Detailed Specifications
・Changing the email address during the survey period does not alter the response URL. The respondent's response data will be retained.
・To resend the survey invitation email to the new address, please do so from “Admin” > “Engagement Survey Response Status.”
Change the department and attribute items of survey respondents
If the settings allow respondents to select their own department and attribute items when answering the survey, there is a possibility that respondents may change the department and attribute items themselves on the answer screen, even if the department and attribute items are modified.

Delete Survey Respondents

・If a respondent is deleted before the responses are compiled, their response data will also be deleted. After compilation, deleting respondent information will not delete their response data. ・Deleted respondent data cannot be recovered. |
