How to Resolve the "User Limit Reached" Error Message

Please take one of the following actions:

1. Use "User Limit Setting" to adjust the contracted maximum number of users.

2. Use "User Settings" to ensure the registered number of users is within the contracted limit.

• If there are users, such as retirees, who no longer need to be registered in Motivation Cloud Engagement, please delete them.
• For users like those on leave, who should remain registered but not count towards the user limit, change their status to "login disabled."
