What are the difference between "Email sending availability / Survey response method /Service Availability
In "User Settings", you need to set up "Email sending availability", "Survey response method", and "Service Availability" for each registered user. Please refer to the following for a description of each setting and the emails that will be sent out depending on the setting.
Sending email (sending / not sending)
Please set your preferences for sending emails from Motivation Cloud Engagement to your registered Users. See Outline of Emails Sent to Users for details on each type of email.
<Caution>
The following emails will be sent to Action Plan Manager even if they are set to "Do Not Send".
Account Activation Email
An email will be sent when the roles of "System Owner""Administrator" and "Action Plan Manager" are assigned.
Survey Results Announcement Email
When "Reflect in Results / Improvements Screen" is clicked, an email will be immediately sent to the Action Plan Manager associated with each department.
Organization/Attribute Assignment Email
When "Send Email" is selected in the "Action Plan Manager Settings", the email will be sent to the Action Plan Manager associated with each department.
Survey response method (answer or not answer)
Please choose whether or not to answer the Engagement Survey and Focus Survey. If you choose "Do Not Answer," you will not be sent the Survey Invitation Email and the following emails.
- Survey Invitation Email and Survey Reminder Email for the Engagement Survey
- Focus Survey Invitation Email and Focus Survey Reminder Email
<Caution>
In order for registered User to be able to answer the Survey, "Service Availability" must be set to "Available" in addition to the "Survey response method". Even if User Settings are set to "Answer", emails will not be sent to users who are set to Service "Not Available".
Service Availability (Available / Not Available)
Please set whether or not registered users can use Motivation Cloud Engagement. If you select Service "Not Available", the number of registered users will not be included in the maximum number of users.
