If you attempt to log in (URL https://motivation-cloudapp.com) and see the message
"The email address or password is incorrect.",
please click on "Forgot your password?" to request a password reset email.
If you receive the password reset email
Please reset your password and try logging in again.
If you do not receive the password reset email
Your email address may not be registered.
Please contact another login-enabled user in your company or MC Customer Support.

What to confirm with another login-enabled user in your company
If another user is checking your registration status, please have them confirm the following in the User Settings:
- The email address you're trying to use is registered as a user
- The "Role" is set to "System Owner", "Administrator", or "Action Plan Manager"
- "Service Availability" is set to "Enabled"
