What to do if the Account Activation Email is not received
If you have not received your account issuance email, please check the following details:
Check the registration status of the relevant user
Emails will not be delivered if the following settings are applied in "User Settings":
- If the user's "Role" is set to "Respondent"
- If "Service Availability" is set to "Not Available"
Check if the user's email address is correct
If there is an error, the email address needs to be corrected. Please contact MC Customer Support for assistance.
Check for any email delivery errors
Go to "Admin Panel" > "List of Notification Errors" to check for any errors.

Check if the account has been issued in the past
If the account has been issued before, the email will not be sent again. You can log in using the password previously set when the account was issued. If you have forgotten the password, please refer to the following link:
