Set password
1. Click on ”Set a password” in the email message

Subject:Account issued for Mr./Ms. ______
- If the email message is not received, please check for it in the mail client's junk mailbox or trash.
- The URL for setting your initial password is valid for 7 days. If this period has expired, please follow the procedure at "If the password setting URL has expired".
2. Set a password and click "Save"
- Your password must be 12-72 characters.
- 3 types or more from a mix of letters, upper-case letters ,lower-case letters numbers & symbols(!@#$%^&*).
- Does not include an e-mail address or simple text strings such as: "12345・・・”, "ABCDE・・・",etc
- A password that has been used once most recently cannot be set.
3. Enter your email address , your password and click on "Login"
If the login attempts failed 10 times in a row, your account will be locked for 1 minute. Please try again after waiting for about 1 minute when your account is locked.
If the password setting URL has expired
If you click the URL for setting your initial password after 7 days have passed, the following message will appear. Please request the resending of the URL and set your password.
1.Click on ”再発行する”
2. Enter your email address and click "Send"
Please set your password within one hour of receiving the reset URL.
If you already have an account in Motivation Cloud Sharing or Role Development
If you have already created an account on Motivation Cloud Sharing or Role Development, an Account Activation Email will be sent to you, but you do not need to set a new password.
