Confirm the login status and resend the account activation email
You can check users' login statuses and resend account activation emails to users who have not completed their login.
Check Users' Login Status
Go to "Admin" ▶ "User Settings" ▶Check "Status" in "User List".

Before Invitation
Users who have not yet received an account activation email. -
Awaiting Login
Users who have received an account activation email but have not completed login. -
Expired
Users who received an account activation email but whose password setup period has expired. -
Logged In
Users who have completed their login.
You can search for and filter users.
<Caution>
If you also subscribe to Communication Cloud or Stretch Cloud, the permissions for those services will also be reflected on this screen. Even if a user does not have login permission as a "Survey Respondent" in Motivation Cloud Engagement, they will be displayed if they have login permission for Communication Cloud or Stretch Cloud.
Resend Account Activation Emails
Account activation emails can only be resent to users whose status is "Awaiting Login" or "Expired".
① Go to "Admin" ▶ "User Settings" ▶Select "Resend Account Activation Email", then choose either "Resend to Selected Users" or "Bulk Resend with Specified Conditions".
In "Filter" ▶ "Status", specify "Awaiting Login" or "Expired" to view users who have not logged in.
② Select the users you want to resend to and click "Resend".
This screen is displayed when "Bulk Resend with Specified Conditions" is selected.
③ Click "Resend".
Emails will be sent immediately upon clicking "Resend". You cannot schedule the sending.

Check Email Sending Schedule and History
Go to "User Settings" ▶ Click "Email Sending List".
You can check both "scheduled" and "sent" emails.
