This article explains the display logic for organization and attribute information displayed in the Focus Survey Customizable Question Response List.

Organizations and Attributes Displayed in the Response List File
If all of a respondent’s departments and Attribute Items were displayed in the response list file, the respondent could be identified.
Therefore, the response list file displays only the organizational units and attributes selected under “Organization/Attribute to Display in the Response List File,” along with their higher-level organizational units and attributes.
Select the organizational units and attributes you want to display in the response list file by the Focus Survey survey start date and time. After the survey start date and time has passed, the selected organizational units and attributes cannot be changed.

Q. The respondents’ affiliations are not displayed
A. If the number of respondents does not meet the threshold for disclosing results, respondents’ affiliation information is hidden.
For example, suppose the hierarchy is set as “Division → Section → Team,” and “Team” is selected under “Organization/Attribute to Display in the Response List File.” The number of respondents required to disclose results is set to two or more.
In that case, “Team” and its higher-level units, “Division” and “Section,” are displayed in the response list.
The number of respondents in Team B is one, and the number of respondents in Team C is also one, which does not meet the disclosure threshold. If respondents’ affiliation information is hidden, the number of respondents becomes two and meets the disclosure conditions. Therefore, only the affiliation information is hidden, and the response content is displayed.

Q. There is missing response data
A. If the number of respondents does not meet the threshold for disclosing results, the response content is not displayed.
For example, suppose the hierarchy is set as “Division → Section → Team,” and “Team” is selected under “Organization/Attribute to Display in the Response List File.” Also, the number of respondents required to disclose results is set to three or more.
In that case, “Team” and its higher-level units, “Division” and “Section,” are displayed in the response list.
The number of respondents in Team B is two, which does not meet the disclosure threshold. Also, even if respondents’ affiliation information is hidden, the response content is not displayed because the disclosure threshold is not met.
