About the List of Answers to the Focus Survey Customizable Questions
What Are Customizable Questions in Focus Surveys?
Customizable Questions are questions that can be freely set in a Focus Survey for the overall organization or for specific organizations/attributes. It is also possible to conduct a Focus Survey using only Customizable Questions.
The responses to Customizable Questions can be downloaded from the screen after the response period ends. The results cannot be viewed on the Result Screen.

Displayed Organization/Attribute in the Response List
To prevent identifying respondents, only one organization/attribute will be displayed by default. The organization/attribute set in "Displayed Organization/Attribute in the Response List File" will be shown in the Customizable Questions Response List.
- Once the survey start date has passed, this setting cannot be changed.
- Only one organization/attribute can be selected. All higher-level organizations/attributes than the one set will also be displayed in the response list.

Cases Where Organization/Attribute and Response Content Are Not Displayed in the List
The following examples occur when the display organization/attribute is set to "team" and hierarchy settings are applied.
Case 1 Organizations, Attributes, and Response Content Are Not Displayed
If there is only one respondent in the specified organization or attribute, the organization, attribute, and response content will not be displayed.
Case 2 Response Content is Displayed, but Organization/Attribute is Not
If any of the following apply, the answer will be displayed and the Organization/Attribute will not be displayed.
- There is more than one organization/attribute with less than one number of responses among the organizations/attributes to be displayed.
- The respondent does not belong to the organization/attribute to be displayed.
