What organization and attribute items are displayed in the list file of additional question responses?
This article explains the rules for organization/attribute displayed in the list of answers to additional questions file. It also explains cases where organization, attributes, and response content are not displayed in the list of answers.

Rules for organization/attribute displayed in the list of answers to additional questions
To display organization/attribute in the list of answers to additional questions file, you must configure "Displayed organization/attribute" in advance. To prevent identification of respondents, only one organization/attribute can be selected.
How to set: Please refer to "Register optional additional questions" in "Register, edit, or delete additional questions".
If hierarchy setting is configured
Organization/attribute in higher hierarchy levels than the configured group will also be displayed.
If "Do not set" is selected
Organization/attribute will not be displayed. Only response content will be displayed.

Cases where organization, attributes, and response content are not displayed
Depending on the above "Displayed organization/attribute setting for the list file of answers" and the minimum number of respondents required to disclose results, organization, attributes, and response content may not be displayed in the list of answers to additional questions. The minimum number of respondents required to disclose results is set in "Admin" ▶︎ "Operational Settings".

Displayed organization/attribute: Team
Minimum number setting: 2 respondents
Case 1: Cases where organization, attributes, and response content are not displayed
If there is only one respondent belonging to that organization/attribute, the organization, attributes, and response content will not be displayed.

Case 2: Cases where the configured organization/attribute is not displayed but response content is displayed
If there are other respondents without organization/attribute information, the response content will be displayed if conditions are met.
Example 1
In the table below, there is only one respondent in "Team B", but there are other respondents without "Team" information. If the minimum number of respondents is met at a higher hierarchy level than "Team", the organization at the "Section" level and above and the response content will be displayed.
