How to deal with leading "0" being deleted when downloading CSV files
If an "employee number" or "ID" in a bulk settings file has a leading "0" (e.g. 0001) and is uploaded, the "0" may disappear due to EXCEL specifications when the bulk settings file is subsequently downloaded for updating. If you re-upload that file, an error will occur. Please refer to the response below.
After downloading the CSV file in bulk settings, it is necessary to convert the data format of the column that originally contains "0" to "string" before opening the file.
Example of Operation Procedure
<caution>
The information provided below is an example of operation and is not supported.
The operation methods may also change if the Excel version is different or if the Excel specifications have been changed.
