Regarding user information synchronized across multiple services and companies
When the same user is registered to multiple services, certain user information is synchronized across those services. Therefore, if any of these fields are updated in one service, the changes will also be reflected in the other services. Similarly, if the same user is registered to multiple companies, only the fields subject to synchronization will be updated across all associated companies. Fields not subject to synchronization will not be updated elsewhere even if changed.
Example of the same user registered to multiple services
Mochibe Corporation has subscribed to Motivation Cloud Engagement, Sharing, and Role Development. The email address of Hanako Yamada (yamada.hanako@sample.com) is registered in all subscribed services.
Example of the same user registered to multiple companies
Mochibe Corporation has subscribed to Motivation Cloud Engagement. Link Corporation has also subscribed to Engagement. The email address of Hanako Yamada (yamada.hanako@sample.com) is registered in the Engagement service of both companies.
