Custom Tabulation Advanced Settings - Change Item Names in Bulk

Check Available Languages

If you want to display custom detailed item names in a language other than Japanese, set the desired language in "Language Settings" under Organization/Attribute Settings.

• Vietnamese
• Thai
• Chinese (Simplified)
• Korean
• Indonesian

Set Organization/Attribute Language

Edit Item Names

① Click "Admin Panel" ▶ "Custom Tabulation Settings" ▶ "Advanced Settings"

② Click "Bulk Setting Of Item Names"

③ Select the relevant survey date under "Survey Date" and click " Export Configuration File"

You can select from the following character encodings:

• UTF-8
  A multilingual character encoding that supports platform-dependent characters and foreign languages.
• Shift-JIS
  A commonly used Japanese character encoding. Using unsupported characters such as platform-dependent characters or foreign text may result in garbled output.

④ Open the downloaded file and enter the item names

• Edit only the "Item Name" column. Do not change the "Custom Tabulation Conditions" column or the first row of the file.
• The languages configured in "Language Settings" under Organization/Attribute Settings will appear in column C and onwards in the CSV file.
• Item names that have already been registered cannot be registered again.

⑤ Click "Import File", select the created file, then click "Execute Bulk Settings"

⑥ Check "I have confirmed the above contents" and click "Execute"

Detailed Specifications

• If a language is removed from "Language Settings" under Organization Settings, all item names in that language, including past entries, will be deleted.
• If a new language is added in "Language Settings" under Organization Settings, existing custom tabulation items will display in Japanese. To show item names in the newly added language, please register them using "Bulk Item Name Setting".
