To prevent emails from being marked as spam
Please check your server and Motivation Cloud Engagement settings to ensure that the following emails sent from Motivation Cloud Engagement are not marked as spam.
- ID and password issuance emails
- Engagement Survey Invitation Email
- Focus Survey Invitation Email
- Action Plan Manager Setup Notification Emails, etc.
For Advanced Settings, please refer to "2. Error in sending/Receiving Email" in the " About your IT environment " section.
If you have any questions, please contact your company's IT staff or equivalent for server settings.
