Why are the Engagement Survey results not being displayed?
When "0.0" is Displayed on the Results Screen
Even if the Engagement Survey has been conducted, results will not be displayed if the number of respondents in the organization is one or fewer, or if the number of respondents is below the threshold set in the Operational Settings for result disclosure.
When the Action Plan Manager Cannot View Past Results of Their Assigned Organization
The following settings might not be configured:

The relevant organization is not linked to past results.
Solution: Use "Previous Comparison Settings" to link the relevant organization to the previous organization.

The Action Plan Manager has not been granted view permissions for past results of the relevant organization.
Solution: In "View Permissions Settings," link the Action Plan Manager to the viewing permissions for past results.
