What happens if the Action Plan Manager is changed or deleted before or after the Focus Survey is conducted?

Removal of Action Plan Manager prior to Focus Survey implementation may affect the implementation of the Focus Survey and the viewing of data.

 

Changing Action Plan Managers

Changing the Action Plan Manager before or after the Focus Survey will not affect the survey administration or the viewing of the results.

 

 

Deleting Action Plan Managers

Before Focus Survey

  • Focus Survey will not be conducted. Therefore, the result data cannot be obtained.

Focus Survey in progress

  • Focus Survey will be conducted. Result data will also be captured. However, the results cannot be viewed until the next Action Plan Manager Settings are made.

After Focus Survey

  • Focus Survey will be conducted. Result data will also be captured. However, you will not be able to view the results until the next Action Plan Manager Settings.
