How to delete a survey response
If you wish to delete a response and request a re-answer, please follow the steps below to reset the response.
However, once the survey results have been compiled, response data cannot be deleted.
Deleting Responses Submitted via Email or Message
To delete a response from users registered with an email address or LINEWORKS ID, you must first change the user's "Survey Response Method" to "Do not answer." This method is the same for both Engagement Surveys and Focus Surveys.
1. Go to "Admin Panel" ▶ "User Settings" ▶ Select the user whose response you want to delete and click "Edit".
2. Change "Survey Response Method" to "Do Not answer" and click "Save".
The user's survey response will be reset by following the steps above.
3. Change "Survey Response Method" back to "Answer by Email or Message" and click "Save".
To allow the user to respond to the survey again, change the "Survey Response Method" back.
4. Resend the survey invitation email.
After switching the "Survey Response Method" to "Do not answer" and then back again, you will need to resend the survey invitation email for the user to answer. The previous URL will no longer work, and a new individual response URL will be issued.

Deleting Responses Submitted via ID
Responses submitted via ID can be deleted by following these steps:
Engagement Survey
1. Go to "Admin Panel" ▶ "Engagement Survey Response Status" ▶ Click on "User-Specific Response Status Details".
2. From "User-Specific" ▶ "List of Respondents", click "Reset" for the respondent whose response you wish to delete.
Focus Survey
1. Go to "Results/Improvements" ▶ "Improvements" ▶ Click "Response Status".
2. Click "Reset" for the respondent whose response you wish to delete.
Deleting Responses Submitted via QR Code or Common URL
Responses submitted via QR code or common URL cannot be deleted.
Therefore, if a respondent who is supposed to answer via an individual URL or ID mistakenly responds via a QR code or common URL, the response data cannot be deleted.
To prevent duplicate responses, please delete the relevant user or change their "Survey Response Method" to "Do not answer" in "User Settings" during the response period.
