How to save survey responses in progress

If the User Settings are set to "Answer by Email or Message" , your answers are automatically saved once a minute. When you access the Response Screen again, the first answer screen will appear. Please proceed to the Response Screen you wish to answer.

When you answer using your ID and the common QR code/URL, your answers will not be saved. Please refer to "Differences in functions available for each survey response method" for details on the differences between the two.

If there is a problem with the network environment, etc., in progress, answers may not be saved automatically.
