What is the Organization Change Notification Email?

The Organization Change Notification Email informs respondents to send a re-invitation for the Focus Survey if they have changed departments during the response period.

This email will not be sent to users who have set "Do not send email" in "User Settings."

• Sending Time
  When an organizational change occurs during the Focus Survey response period
  
  
• Recipients
  Users with the roles of System Owner or Administrator who have carried out the organizational change operation

Text of the email

The following email content will be sent.

Sender email address: MOTIVATION CLOUD<[e-mail]> 

Subject: Please send the survey re-invitation email.

Body:

Dear ○○,

Thank you for using "Motivation Cloud."

During the Focus Survey response period, changes were made to a user's organization or attribute.
Users whose organization or attribute has changed need to complete the Focus Survey again.
By clicking the resend button on the Focus Survey Implementation Settings screen, you can see the users who need to respond again,
so please review the information and send the survey invitation email.
