Additional Organization Account Notification Email

What is Additional Organization Account Notification Email?

Additional Organization Account Notification Email is an email that is sent to users who have multiple Motivation Cloud Engagement company accounts and have a second or subsequent company account issuance with the same email address.

If "Do Not Send" is selected in "User Settings", the email will not be sent.

• Sending Time
  Sent as soon as a user is registered in "User Settings" and an account issuance is made.
  
  
• Recipients
  Users who have already been granted the following roles in another Motivation Cloud Engagement company account and have completed account issuance
  
  • System Owner
  • Administrator
  • Action Plan Manager

When the display format of the email is  "without pictures" 

If the System Email Settings have been set to "without pictures" for the display format of the email, the email will be sent in text format as shown below. English is also sent in text format.
