What is the Engagement Survey Results Notification Email?

The Engagement Survey Results Notification Email is an email that informs recipients that the survey results have been released.

• Sending Time
  The email is sent immediately when "Reflect on Results/Improvements Screen" is clicked on the "Engagement Survey Results Management" screen.
  
  
• Recipients
  
  • Action Plan Managers linked to departments who have already received the "Account Activation Email" and are set in "Action Plan Manager Settings".
  • It will not be sent to Action Plan Managers with only "View Permissions Settings".
  • Even if a user is assigned the role of "Action Plan Manager" in "User Settings", if they have not received the "Account Activation Email", the Engagement Survey Results Notification Email will not be sent to them.

＜Caution＞
This email will be sent even to users set to "Do Not Send" in "User Settings".
