This article explains the types of data that can be downloaded from the results of the Engagement Survey and how to download them. The download screen differs depending on the type of data.

Survey Summary
A summary of engagement ratings, overall satisfaction, and various scores across 16 areas, by overall, department, and attribute items.

A file that consolidates the data sheets for each department and attribute item.

Scores for each survey item categorized by department and attribute item.
Data sheets categorized by department and attribute item can be downloaded from the result screen for the respective department or attribute.

The character limit for company names shown in Survey Summary, Data Book, and Data Sheet is as follows:

Download Methods
Download Method 1: Engagement Survey Results Management Screen
From the "Admin" screen ▶ "Engagement Survey Results Management" ▶ Select the target survey by "Survey Date" and click "Download".
- Only Japanese and English are available as language options on this screen.
- For other languages, only "Data Sheet" and "Survey Overview" can be downloaded from the result screen.
Download Method 2: Results List Screen
Click "Results / Improvements" ▶ Click "Download".
For Japanese and English, all data can be downloaded. For other languages, only "Data Sheet" and "Survey Overview" are available.
Download Method 3: Result Screen
Select the result you want to view from the "Results / Improvements" list and click "Download".
You can download the result data of the item you are viewing.
If the survey's "Question Type" is set to "For Government Agencies", only Japanese can be used.
