Focus Survey in progress Add, modify, or delete survey respondents
During the Focus Survey, you can add or remove respondents, change their email addresses, and update their organizational/attribute information. Please carefully review the notes before making changes to respondent information during the survey.
Adding Survey Respondents
Register the user information in "User Settings" and resend the survey invitation email. Respondents cannot be added after the response period has ended.

Impact of User Deletion

Action Plan Managers
- The "Results and Improvements" screen of organizational/attribute units linked in "Action Plan Manager Settings" will no longer be viewable.
- The "Results and Improvements" screen of organizational/attribute units linked in "View Permissions Settings" will no longer be viewable.
- The organizational/attribute information registered for the user in "User Settings" will be deleted.
- Custom permissions set in "User Settings" will be reset.
※To restore, all information must be re-registered.

Survey Respondents
If a user is deleted during the Focus Survey, their response data will also be deleted and will not be included in the compiled results.
Other users, including those with roles like Action Plan Managers, will also have their response data deleted if they have participated in the survey.
<Caution>
- Once deleted, a respondent cannot be restored.
- If a respondent is deleted during the survey, their response data will also be deleted.
Changing a Survey Respondent's Email Address
- To change a respondent's email address, use the individual settings in "User Settings". Bulk settings cannot be used for email address changes.

- After changing the email address, send the "Survey Invitation Email" to the new email address.

<Caution>
- Do not change the email address using "Bulk Settings" in "User Settings". This will delete the user and create a new one, and the respondent's response data will also be deleted.
- Changing the email address during the survey will not change the response URL. The respondent's response data will be retained.
Changing a Survey Respondent's Organization/Attribute
Even during the Focus Survey, if there is an error in the user’s organization/attribute information, you can correct it in "User Settings". After making changes, resend the survey invitation email, and the respondent will need to answer again.
Changes to a user’s organizational/attribute information after the Focus Survey ends will not be reflected in the survey results. Please make any necessary changes within the response period.

<Caution>
- Changes made after the response period ends will not be reflected in the survey results.
- If a respondent’s organization/attribute is changed during the Focus Survey, they may be required to answer the survey again. If all improvement items/questions from the previous organization/attribute are included in the new one, re-answering may not be necessary. If even one question is not included, the respondent will need to re-answer all questions, including those answered before the change.
- If a respondent has already completed the survey, their response data will be deleted upon making changes. Their response status will change from "answered" to "unanswered".
- You cannot add organizational/attribute information during an ongoing Focus Survey. Please set up a new Focus Survey separately.
