Create Attribute List File
STEP 1. Register Attributes and Attribute Items (Required)
1. Enter the attribute code, attribute name, and the attribute item code (Japanese) and attribute item name (Japanese).
The display order of attributes on the result screen is based on the order in the CSV file. If a hierarchy is set, the order of the attribute hierarchy level (column C) takes precedence.
|
Enter the "Attribute Name" and "Attribute Item Name" for the languages registered in columns I and beyond.
|
|
In addition to the attribute items registered here, respondents can select "Not Applicable" on the survey answer screen. If you want to check the results for the "Not Applicable" attribute item, you need to register an item such as "Other." You cannot view results for "Not Applicable" alone. For more details on setting up the organization/attribute selection, refer to Set Up Attribute Selection for Survey Answers. |
STEP 2. Set Attribute Hierarchy (Optional)
Attribute hierarchy settings are optional. Set them when you want to use attributes with a hierarchy, such as "Area" or "Branch." This setting allows users to be automatically associated with higher-level attribute items when the lowest-level attribute item is entered during user configuration. For attributes without a hierarchy, such as gender, nationality, year of joining, or employment type, no setting is required.
1. Enter the attribute hierarchy level (column C).
For each attribute, enter 1, 2, 3, etc., in order from the top hierarchy.
In the example below, since the attribute hierarchy is Area and Branch, input 1–2 in column C.
On both the answer screen and result screen, the attributes are displayed in the order listed in column C.
2. Enter the parent attribute item code (column G) and parent attribute item name (column H) for each attribute item (column F).
Example: If the parent attribute of "東京本社" in row 4 is "関東エリア",
enter "AI-1" in column G and "関東エリア" in column H.
Setting the Attribute Association Type (Optional)
There are two types of attribute association: Automatic Association and Position.
Automatic Association Type
You can automatically associate users’ "Date of Birth" and "Date of Joining", registered in User Settings, with attribute information such as "Age", "Joining Period", and "Years of Service". This ensures that even as users’ age or years of service increase, they are automatically associated with the appropriate attribute items.
Position Type
Register attributes that you want to treat as Position.
Once registered, you can assign different Positions to users for each department they belong to, even if they are part of multiple departments.
Operation Manual : Set Attribute Association Settings.

If you are using the Admin Panel in English
Some screens in the Admin Panel do not support language switching for attribute names. As a result, attribute names may still appear in Japanese even if the Admin Panel is set to English.
To display attribute names in English, please register the "Attribute Items Name" in English under Attribute Settings.
