Operation Manual : Set Attribute Association Settings.
Automatic Association Settings
Automatic Association is a feature that links user information such as "Date of Birth" and "Date of Joining" with attribute settings such as "Age," "Joining Period," and "Years of Service," allowing for automatic updates.
This ensures that even as a user's age or years of service increase, they are automatically associated with the appropriate attribute items.
Position Settings
Position Settings allow you to register titles under concurrent departments for users with multiple roles.
Position information registered for concurrent roles can be used in view permission rules.
Configure this setting only if you plan to use Position Attribute information of concurrent roles in view permission rules.
Detailed Specifications
If view permissions for modified attributes are granted to the Action Plan Manager in "View Permissions Settings," changes in attribute settings will not be automatically reflected.

To display attribute names in English, register the English names in the Japanese field under Attribute Settings.
