When changing the CSV file for bulk settings
To prevent upload errors, we recommend downloading the latest version each time and editing it.
-
When Using the Same Attribute Item Name for Different Attributes
We recommend registering a name that clearly distinguishes which attribute it belongs to.
This makes it easier to identify which attribute an item belongs to when checking settings screens or results in other features, such as Custom Tabulation Settings.
Example: If you register the attribute item name "Other" for both the "Job Type" and "Joining Period" attributes, register them as "Other (Job Type)" and "Other (joining period)".
Add attributes and attribute items
Add attribute items
Example: Add "Kyushu Area" to "Area"
Insert a blank row where you want to add the attribute and input the attribute information.
- Columns A and B: Enter the already registered attribute code and attribute name.
- Columns E and F: Enter the new attribute item code and attribute item name.

Change Attribute Association Settings
Attribute Association Settings include two types: Automatic Association Attribute settings and Position Attribute settings.

Operation Manual : Set Attribute Association Settings.
Automatic Association Settings
Automatic Association is a feature that links user information such as "Date of Birth" and "Date of Joining" with attribute settings such as "Age," "Joining Period," and "Years of Service," allowing for automatic updates.
This ensures that even as a user's age or years of service increase, they are automatically associated with the appropriate attribute items.
Position Settings
Position Settings allow you to register titles under concurrent departments for users with multiple roles.
Position information registered for concurrent roles can be used in view permission rules.
Configure this setting only if you plan to use Position Attribute information of concurrent roles in view permission rules.
Detailed Specifications
If view permissions for modified attributes are granted to the Action Plan Manager in "View Permissions Settings," changes in attribute settings will not be automatically reflected.
Click "Grant/Update Permissions" in "View Permissions Settings" to apply the changes.

If you are using the Admin Panel in English
The attribute names displayed in files may not support switching the display language. As a result, attribute names might still appear in Japanese even if the Admin Panel is set to English.
To display attribute names in English, register the English names in the Japanese field under Attribute Settings.
